Judge Donald F. Castor passed away today at age 81. Judge Castor was Bay Area Legal Services’ first executive director and later served as a Hillsborough County Court Judge for 20 years. Congresswoman Castor and her family appreciate your thoughts and prayers for her father at this time.  ###
