U.S. Rep. Kathy Castor (FL14) and Democratic colleagues in the U.S. House today demanded DHS and HHS Inspectors General conduct an immediate investigation on how the agencies are keeping track of children separated from their parents by Trump’s cruel policy and report on the reunification of parents with their children ASAP!

“[W]e are gravely disturbed by reports on children being separated from parents and the possibility that they will never be reunited again,” the letter states. “Therefore, we urge you to conduct an immediate investigation on DHS’ recordkeeping of children and parents who are being separated.”
