All Veterans will need to submit a copy of their DD-214 to be eligible. DD-214s can be submitted to Congresswoman Castor’s Office via mail, fax or email. If you do not have a DD-214, please fill out the Privacy Release Form below and contact Sean Saintil in our office at (813) 871-2817. Obtaining DD-214s can take up to 30 days so please contact our office as soon as possible so we can assist you.
