Do You Have Student Financial Aid Questions?
- Get one-on-one help from student financial aid professionals
- Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at the workshop
Do You Need Help Filing Your Taxes?
- You may be eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or Child Tax Credit (CTC) and can receive a substantial tax refund
- Free assistance for qualified families filing 2010 returns
What Do You Need to Bring?
Bring your 2010 IRS 1040 tax returns and W-2 statements. IF you have the following available, you should also bring:
- Your Social Security number
- Records for untaxed income for 2010, such as Social Security, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), welfare or veterans' benefits
- 2010 bank statements
- Your driver's license or alien registration card
- Any 2010 business or investment mortgage information
- Business, far, stock, bond or other investment records
