“The violations of law outlined by the federal court are so egregious that the Florida’s Democratic Congressional Delegation from all parts of the state are joining me to urge federal oversight of health services to children enrolled in Florida Medicaid. Florida Gov. Rick Scott’s and the Florida Legislature’s systematic failures to provide access to pediatric and dental services to kids across Florida must be remedied,” said U.S. Rep. Kathy Castor.
