Castor was joined by Tampa Mayor Pam Iorio and State Representative Betty Reed. The program, made possible through a $500,000 Job Opportunities for Low Income Individuals (JOLI) grant requested by Congresswoman Castor, is a result of a public/private partnership between Corporation to Develop Communities (CDC) of Tampa, Inc., Abe Brown Ministries and Able Body TrainingU, Inc. Additional resources are being provided by NeighborWorks® America. The program will provide new opportunities for deserving families in Tampa Bay.
