WASHINGTON - On Friday, Chair Kathy Castor (D-FL) joined a press conference with Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the bicameral Congressional Delegation that traveled to Madrid, Spain for the U.N. Climate Change Conference (COP25) earlier this week.
