Rep. Kathy Castor (D-FL), chair of the U.S. House Select Committee on the Climate Crisis, sent a letter to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis on Wednesday urging him to commit to modern energy efficiency initiatives that save consumers money and make Florida more resilient to the climate crisis.
